1. All in one Desktops w HD Webcam (extra webcam by Logitech is recommended because built-in webcams and all other external webcams tested did not produce high-quality video and audio experience). iMac's of all sizes have pretty good camera's so as not to need an external Logitech camera.

 

 

2. HD TV/Monitor with speakers preferable 8 watts or higher with vesa mounted Thin client or small frame Computers (see recommendations below) pre-installed with a Polycom real-presence desktop software with one license per user, or Videocec desktop software with one license per user. Again extra webcam by Logitech is recommended because built-in webcams and all other external webcams tested did not produce high-quality video and audio experience. 

 

3. Tablets Installed with Polycom real-presence App with the configured H.323 connection (purchase a connection from Videocec) or Videocec app combined with secure connections that you purchase from Videocec. Recommend that the tablet be placed on a floor stand or on a desk stand. Recommended not to use in Tele-Health applications due to low patient reviews, unless mobility is required outside the office setting. In such settings, wi-fi connections are preferred over 4G connections, due to insufficient bandwidth. Our recommendation iPad or iPad pro. Laptops can be used for professionals on the go, but recommended specs are i5 or i7 - 7th or 8th generation processor, 8-16 GB DDR3 or DDR4 RAM or higher, 256 GB SSD or higher. Macbooks have decent cameras so as to not needing an external Logitech camera.
